https://www.boafit.com/supportThe kit will include new ratchets which may help alleviate the issue. The only issues I have had with tensioner popping up have been when I have knocked it against something. Maybe for CX a bit of gaffer tape would hold it down better? I can help if you do go down the ratchet changeover.

Northwave boa shoe.
The wheelie bit can pop up and all tension disappears under stress sometimes, I see you cx Herne hill. Can I replace/do something to stop this or buy new shoes?
