Any machinists? I need help removing seized m3 bolts from brake calipers

Is there anybody out there in possession of a nice heavy table drill and an m3 tap who can help me?

The brake calipers on my BMC have headless m3 bolts for adjusting spring tension and they have become stuck inside of the caliper. I've already attempted to drill them out with my wimpy cordless but not been very successful.
It appears it would cost me £150+ to replace the calipers from manufacturer and that seems more than wasteful so if anyone here has the equipment and can envision their time and materials costing less it would be greatly appreciated.

would a screw extractor work?

I have tried a couple of sets of these, sadly the core of these screws are remarkably hard and they cant find a purchase. I believe a Vice and Table Drill would allow for a high quality drill piece to break down the screws, the m3 tap would probably only be necessary in order to straighten out any damaged threads.

How about a corded drill and a stand to turn it into a pillar drill?

I take it you tried wd40?

Condor Cycles did this job for me once, as I also had brake calipers with seized adjusters. I don't think many other bike shops would take the trouble/have the right equipment, but they did, and for a fair price too:)
