That's kind of you - thanks. I'm not sure that restricting movement is beneficial as arthritis doesn't heal, or that's my understanding of it anyway - which i'd be the first to admit is hazy and incomplete.
Yeah, it’s not so much restricting movement - not like you’re putting your foot in a cast for a day - just minimising how much movement is actually needed and how much pressure goes through the toe over the course of a run.
But I know absolutely nothing about arthritis I’m afraid!
