  • That's kind of you - thanks. I'm not sure that restricting movement is beneficial as arthritis doesn't heal, or that's my understanding of it anyway - which i'd be the first to admit is hazy and incomplete.

  • I'm not sure how often I've posted about this.
    I've got psoriatic arthritis, it's managed by a pretty heavy batch of methotrexate and a biological agent called benepali.
    Thanks to this pretty awesome combo, I can do as much as I want to.

    I have to make sure my shoes fit and I ease into things and stop if it's sore. And rest.

  • Yeah, it’s not so much restricting movement - not like you’re putting your foot in a cast for a day - just minimising how much movement is actually needed and how much pressure goes through the toe over the course of a run.

    But I know absolutely nothing about arthritis I’m afraid!
