It is generally ok, it is just if the going gets rough it bounces around a bit more than I am happy with. Or did you find a way to avoid that?
The rack solution is that I have a rack - but need it to work with the wheel.
I was thinking about the SJS canti rack to support the bigxtop bag. Photo of my cc in the surly thread a month or so ago, nearly done now though.
