This watch belonged to my Dad. He died 28 years ago. I've never worn it but I wound it up today and it worked!

I'd like to gently restore it. The glass is covered in scratches. I don't want it to look like new just refreshed. I'd like a NATO style strap for it too.

Just wanted some opinions really.

Yourself?

Gently cleaning and then polishing the glass would lift it.

Ideally though having it zonic cleaned and the glass probably polished separately would be best imo.

It's a bit grubby. I'd like a pro to do it tbh. Do any of you watch buffs know anywhere in Glasgow that could do it?
