I think I'm going to come for this. Is it on tomorrow night? (The 9th.)
-
• #3
Yes it is!

This sounds like a grand way to spend a Tuesday evening! I’ll come along with tired legs from the weekend and one gear.

Good game of bike last night and a nice bunch. Thanks Rob!

I'd like to come out for future editions. Subbed

Shame I just noticed this, will consider joining for next one.

Will be a regular Tuesday evening jaunt.
Some weeks it may change to Weds, but I will telegraph that here and on the Outliers forum if it does. I'll also be popping a Wednesday night ride/RP laps/North Hills ride up on the Outliers page as well at some point.
One thing I will say that a sharp 8-45 depart will be observed in future.

I'd planned to go on the 16th. So, I guess I still will go.
Anyone who wants to is welcome to join an unofficial edition.

unofficial
Lozzles - it’s just this kind of cliquey attitude that’s ruining semi professional sponsored niche amateur cycling clubteams....
Remember the Estate shortcut isn’t on the gps route 👍🏼

Got it on my track from this week.
Alpine-like switch back descending through a council estate. Who could resist?
-
• #18
I'm also keen for this, will tag along next week hopefully.

The rough concrete surface only adds to thrill

Just a bump as a reminder that this is on tomorrow - the weather looks nice.
Meet at the HHV Pavillion (not the gate) at 18:40 for an 18:45 departure.
No need to worry about being too slow as we will regroup at the top of each hill so you can't really get lost.
-
• #21
Do you think they'll let us stash bikes in the back room of the pub again, if we go to the same place and ask nicely?
-
• #22
Yeah, just name drop and be nice :)
-
• #23
Here's the route with the new short-cut for anyone who wants it:
https://ridewithgps.com/routes/28787003
(Track starts and finishes from Vauxhall and including the pub stop - but still meeting at HHV at 6:45.)

I'm planning on attending tomorrow night, I'll be cutting it fine getting there for 6:45 though. Don't wait for me, if I'm not there on time I'll try and catch up.

Brutal route. Nicely done.
Outliers South Hills on every Tuesday night
Leave HHV pavilion at 18-42 and do the following 'classic' route, as intervals.
All welcome, its 'run wat u brung', non hill parts of the ride are at a conversational pace.

Light ales optional at Ivy House afterwards
