What's the plastic hose bit on canti brakes called?

Mine are slipping to one side and I guess it's because it's missing this.
Anyone know where I could buy some?

Consider changing it out for this setup:

Shimano's design caused me issues with the same brakes. The above is a superior design in my opinion.

I beg to differ. The design used on the CX70, or the very under-rated R550s is the easiest to set-up as it takes a lot of the guess work out and it's always centered.

EDIT: that design could slip without housing though.
