That extra hump just after Dagenham is up the Beam River and Down the Ingrebourne to Rainham. Extra few KMs but worth it for the traffic-free riding, some views and historical sites.
I've ridden this route now four times, I love it. thank you for sharing it. Rainham RSPB reserve is one of my favourite places near London.
I would love to ride it again someday.
