The cadence sensor is only odd as he's got a power-meter that has cadence built in.

He may have already had it. Spare for his other computer? More accurate? I dunno.

intragram
what is this? I need to get on this!
Don't bother, it was over a few years ago.

Yeah I heard that but the inner romantic in me wants him to go to QS.

Stranger things have happened, but Leferve would have to negotiate one hell of a deal to get Cavendish back.

Gazzetta reporting that Cavendish has agreed a one year contract extension with Dimension Data.

It seems Leferve has found a sponsor for at least the next two years, according to the Belgian media.

Whilst it’s going to annoy me all year to see Valverde in the rainbow jersey, at least he’s had the decency to not go for white shorts.

Those new (?) Abus helmets are rather nice. Blue arm and leg warmers are dead set wanky.

Mate that’s just an old guy on a sportive wearing a wc jersey.

I see that after his tilt at the CPA, Millar has started describing himself as a 'politician'. He really is a ridiculous popinjay.
-
• #19665
Everything Millar has done re the CPA has shown he hasn’t got the brain power for the job.
I’ve never understood why he’s held up as some sort of pseudo intellectual. The guy hasn’t got a clue.

He Comes across as a tosser who craves gratitude.

popinjay
Perfect word.

This Paris Tours parcours is mad as

Awesome isn’t it. Some of these races (see also Tro Bro Léon) are just putting some of the shittest roads, paths and farm tracks they can find near their route and calling it a road race.

A young rider retires because of heart problems:

With the recent spate of deaths you wonder whether something about modern training methods is causing more damage to hearts that already have some issues.
Previously riders who died unexpectedly were often on stuff that thickened their blood but obviously nothing like that has been indicated here.

The Joey Barton of cycling.

Good news re Cav and DD IMHO.
If he can sort his health issues i'd love to see him have a really good tilt at the Tour next year. Seems it could be a swansong in that respect.
-
• #19674
I think he's slipping into the ambassador role, I hope he can win a stage or two anywhere next year but he's getting to that age when sprinters traditionally can't compete.
-

Agreed, he's a balloon.
You're wanking enough as it is. You should save some for later.
