Anyone tried a huawei p20 pro? Looking for an upgrade from nexus 5x and don't know whether to go to that or pixel 2.

Forgot to say that my Mi A2 has an IR blaster and ad free remote software pre installed.
Priceless with 3 kids who leave the real remote all over the place

The Mi band 2 is cheap because they have just released the Mi band 3. I quite like my version 2 one I got at Christmas, especially with the Mi Band Tools app that extends its functionality quite a lot.

I'm quite happy with my Sony xz1 compact I've had for a couple weeks. Should I just install the Xperia system updates whenever it asks to?

None of the automatic updates on my XA1 seem to have broken anything important

Pixel 2. I've got a p20 Pro and I'm disappointed.
The phone doesn't feel anywhere near as slick as a phone of this price and spec should, vanilla android is much nicer than the Huawei EMUI, and the main selling point, the camera, is nowhere near as good as the reviewers made out.

I was toying with p20 pro before I decided on Pixel 2 to replace my Nexus 5x. Had it about a month the now and I love it. I'm a heavy user and the battery easily lasts over a day, no more lugging battery packs about all the time. Camera is good and the phone just works.

My number 1 annoyance is that Instagram doesn't fit on the screen properly!

I've tentatively been offer a OnePlus2 with a broken screen.
Is it going to be worth me replacing the screen? Or is the OnePlus2 a bit too old now?

It's no longer getting Android updates if that makes any difference to you

I have a oneplus2, it's been a great phone but it's dying a slow painful death, the last 6 months it's just been getting more and more sluggish do I wouldn't recommend it. I can't wait for the new pixel to come out so I can upgrade!

anyone use Play Music?
the downloads are encrypted for your account, but I seem to recall last time I changed SD cards or phones or something, despite being the same google account, the app wouldn't read the downloads and I had to re-download them all again. anyone know if there's a way to get it to read them? -

Anyone got a good file manager app?
Ideally a free one. I used to use solid explorer but it's totally fucked now.
Cheers.
