Risking giving away my secrets here, but I have a box of these with short expiry (November). The ultimate pre/during race gel, with just about everything legal that's ever been linked to performance enhancement. Worth 5w I reckon, make your face tingle a bit but I think that's just the beta alanine. Free if anyone wants them.
