I've got a lightly used Abus Dryve 8600, loads of space, has extension with drawstring same as a pannier bag, wide and comfortable shoulder strap and with the waist strap keeps it in place no matter how much you thrash about.
Taped zips so no water ingress, external and internal compartments, padded back, water resistant.
i've popped my 15.4"\Toshiba to give you an idea of how capacious it is, officially it's 32L with the extension up.
£43 posted.

Got a number of XXL winter gear looking to sell. I've got a black Bontrager RXL Stormshell jacket. Really good waterproof-ness (really a word?). It's a thin jacket but does a good job of both protecting from the rain and keeping you warm in the depths of winter with a baselayer and long sleeve jersey underneath. Also have an orange Lusso Extreme Aqua Repel jacket. Not as waterproof as the Bontrager, but much warmer. Let me know if you're interested and can take some photos.
