Hello! Yes we have filled this now. We've got Cam in the workshop taking on all the work.
Hey!
We have a potentially very interesting opportunity for the right person...
I run a small bike company based in Bristol called Temple Cycles. We're opening up a shop in Shoreditch.
Repair and servicing work isn't really our thing, but the shop we're taking on is already a bike shop who do a decent amount of service and repair work (they estimate £60-90k per year).
We want to keep the shop lively with all sorts of cyclists coming in for general repairs and servicing, but don't want to take on the responsibility as we're focusing on growing our brand and selling our bikes.
Therefore, we think it might present a nice opportunity for a professional mechanic to take on the workshop themselves and take all the profits from it. We would simply charge them a monthly fee to use the space which would be all inclusive of bills. We'd be looking at a 6 month contract to start with. We haven't worked out the exact cost per month but it will be very reasonable.
You would benefit from the online and physical marketing we will be doing to drive customers to the shop. It would benefit us as we'd have a professionally run workshop, and who knows, some of the workshop customers could eventually become bike customers.
If you think this might be something for you it would be great to hear from you.
We've also got another 2 jobs going. One mechanic job in Bristol, and one sales team job in London (I've made a separate post for this).
Just send an email to info@templecycles.com if you are interested and want to talk.
Cheers,
Matt
