how are the strada bianca for puncture protection in city?
Touch wood.... so far so good!
I had a couple of issues - the internal width of the rim is a good few mm narrower than Challenge recommend - so getting an already difficult tyre to mount is made even more difficult - I must have pinched the tube slightly but all was well for a couple of weeks until the rear tyre blew - enough to blow the tyre off the rim with a massive bang and lock-up..... and another innertube's removable valve core failed
but nothing I would call a 'puncture' in 2000 km's which is good going given the amount of glass, bottle tops and car crash debris covering Berlin's streets, bikepaths and parks.... not to mention the brutal cobbles, kerbs and potholes
The ride comfort, grip and versatility over 28mm tyres like Conti 4 seasons and others I have gone through is significantly better

They are pricey though....
