Interestingly, it would appear that Mamnick is only a registered trademark in relation to clothing and headgear (class 25) not in relation to cutlery such as chip forks (class 8). So theoretically, anyone could make a mamnick chip fork, penknife, bookmark etc and flog it without breaching trademark laws. Not sure why you'd want to, mind.
