I wasn’t thinking we’d turn Barcelona over. I would have been happy with not being blown out 5-1, but at 2-1 and 3-2 there was the hope we’d drag it back level, and we had chances to do so. Hence why I’m so deflated.
Puts the inter defeat into starker relief. As we’ve got a massive hole to dig ourselves out of to get into the knockout stages..

Without Lloris making two strange choices it could have been 2-2. We were lucky but sloppy and with Dele on the pitch I reckon that late cross would have made it 3-2.
