It looks similar to the Italia model but the BB frame numbers don't really correspond to what's known about the builder on classic lightweights and the BB also has CR on it which is not mentioned on the site, so I'm a little sceptical about it's identity.
Of note from classic lightweights is that H E Green was an apprentice at Gillott where he met Ron Cooper and Ron Cooper considered Green to be a master frame builder.
