It's not one I've seen before so it's only going by the pictures. The main thing with the truing stand is that it holds the wheel securely and doesn't wobble. From the pictures it looks like you'll have to screw it down to a bench or table. The Cyclus one is very similar to the TS-2

I'm looking to sell my Pro-Lite stand as I seem to use my P & K Lie most of the time. Just waiting for thru axle adapters.

Think about resale potential if you only plan to build a few wheels.
That's a really good price even with the postage. I imagine there would be import tax as well. Nice clean look, good sized knobs, dial gauges and one for truing disc rotors. I would have snapped this up in my early days. But now I have the P & K Lie and it looks like it is modelled on that design, especially with the brass accents.
