I'm not entirely convinced this is what the Tories actually want as it looks like an absolute cluster but it's an interesting theory.
Some of them definitely do. Most don't.
All the Tories want is to stay in power. The idea that there is concensus on anything else in that party right now is "for the birds".
They can't even work out if they're in favour of free markets anymore.
