Hi Thom @CEO_of_the_Year These days with the development of lifestyle brands, and considering the use of influencers and amateur racers to sell thing ie people using their lives as marketing material, the brand is "personal". Considering your own views, and if you do own the twitter account above, how do you think your views mix with your cycling brand? Or really if the brand is personal, and the political is personal too, where do you think your views fit in with your brand? Do any of your views belong alongside the selling or marketing angle of Mamnick.
Another example: what if Kibosh picked up a racer who was Muslim? Would you reconsider sponsorship?

Nah, they spent £5000 to build a bike that didn't work and still didn't look like as much of a worstcunt as this guy has managed by dropping a few pence on some shit caps and a twitter feed that reads like dapper laughs got a hold of an easy read version of Mein Kampf...

• #81
I reject the idea that "Islam is a religion of peace".
Is this you?
-
• #82
Nah, that guy has his own idiotic opinion. Mr Mamnick just reposts other idiots views.

Hey up guys! Not even into cycling but thought I’d join this thread seems as though I know thom better then most for over ten years, soooo where do we start apart from the fact that he’s a thief, shoplifts regularly, had his hand in the till at the vintage store where he used to work for many years and used to brag about it... the whole mamnick brand was set up by Japanese guys to trick Jap’s into buying clothes that had made in England in the label and thom used to get the surplus to sell a few pieces in the uk to give it some credibility, every piece was pretty much ripped off vintage pieces or current pieces with no regard for any other designers what so ever... also steals pics from other instas and posts them as his own, he actually posted a pic off mine with his face superimposed on mine for his twitter, bit weird as he’s seeing my ex, posting pics of your face superimposed on your mrs ex boyfriend isn’t the sign of a healthy mind.. not to mention the other year when he set up an account in my company name and started creeping on my ex’s and close friends after making it obvious that I don’t want anything to do with him, then point blank denying it when confronting him about it, making out that I’m the crazy one .. fair to say also that he is racist in the way he regurgitates hatefilled puss that he hears from older wankers in the pub and doesn’t have a grip or undersatanding of the fact we all live on the same planet and getting along is pretty much the only choice... more anti Islam then anything else though as that used to be the topic of conversation in the pub on a regular basis...
So anyway I’m not here to get into a debate with the ceo of being a massive prick and fair to say that when I do see you next time I won’t be so cordial I’m giving serious consideration to pushing your eyeballs into you skull... anyway don’t buy his shit wether it’s clothes or the bile that comes from his mouth the guy is toxic as fuck and people are better of without him in there life’s... -

I just found it funny. What is there to explain?
Abbots lack of economic understanding makes her an easy target, I don't think it racist to say looks looks like a horses backside. I'd say the same about of Emily Thornberry.
To make out that meme is racist is clutching at straws in my eyes.
The image you posted (which is bizarre on so many levels) has nothing to do with economics in the slightest, and everything to do with pictures of two white women and a picture of the (first female) black MP Diane Abott.
You posted with 'self-explanatory'? And now you say it's to do with someones' capability in economics? The other people in the post, what's their expertise in this field? Why didn't you write a reasonable takedown of why you disagree with her opinion?
Utter bollocks mate.
Everyone in the room can see how abhorrent your views are.

I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this thread. It really fills a big gap in my life now that the meme thread is ruined by moths.

Can you explain what’s going here @CEO_of_the_Year? You can ignore the obvious, we all know what that’s about. But what is making you a “happy lad”?

Absolutely do! You're going to fit right in around here mate! Welcome!

There’s only one weapon in that picture and it isn’t the bike.
-
• #96
But what is making you a “happy lad”?
Obviously it's his lovely Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer 1.6 cdti.

Welcome back from your dinner.
You've missed some questions. Please go back and answer them.
Even the ones with long words and multiple clause sentences.

Hope you had good old chicken tikka masala? British food.....none of that foreign pasta shit.

I’ve heard it put that people who think the Nazis were socialists must be very confused by buffalo wings.

If a derivative cycling brand fails, due to the abhorrent views of it's owner, would that be counted as a success of free markets, or the fault of bike riding socialists?
When you re-tweet something like this as proof of Islam being violent, do you look at Christianity through the same lens?
Crusades in the middle east, latin america, wiping out indigenous people, enslaving millions of africans, decimating the planet's natural resources for king and country, invading Iraq, Libya, Syria in the name of 'peace' and 'humanitarianism' whilst selling arms to the Saudis to bomb Yemeni children... Walk past the grand old manors in Sheffield and go and do research on the people that built them and what they did for a living. Chances are it'll be tobacco and sugar plantations that relied on slaves to farm stolen land. Good Christian Capitalists all.
Does that upset you to the same extent? You seem like someone who latches onto half of a convenient truth because it tells you what you want to hear, and you revel in upsetting people because you get to tell yourself that it makes you superior to hold such unfashionable views.
But anyway, your 'brand' says all that about you anyway-it's fucking inane, and immature, and the fact you need to hark back to and rip off other people's authentic produce speaks for itself.
