Reynolds 853 Graham Weigh rather cheap. Was considering this for my girlfriend but seller seems to think it'll suit someone 5'10" (although to me it looks smaller).

Eyeing a Stelbel frame I shouldn't buy and can't really afford.

Full bike, mixed groupset... Seller is Italian and trying to negotiate a sale is like pulling teeth-asking for a frame only price he first offered it without the dura ace wheels for 100 euros less, then frame only for 40 euros less than that. Realistically the group/wheels are easily worth min. 300 when split.

Think there's some kind of cultural etiquette I'm not up on here. Anyone with experience of Italian sellers shed some light on how to get him down to a sane price?
