The last time I checked the stuff used by autowindscreen-type places/vans was pretty special and not routinely available to the public.
Building/Construction silicone does not work, (no not my attempt, but the 'work' of the geezer I bought my Grand Espace from). -
I used this stuff to stick down the windscreen trim on the Isuzu, as recommended by my local independent motor factor. Has held firm for 6 months so far.

Any thoughts on what sort of glue to use to stick down a windscreen trim? The black plastic thing that fills the gap around the windscreen has come off on one side.
