suddenly tempted by those bags, are you using standard seatposts or extended ones?
Looking at the photo's of other versions, not sure whether an extended seatpost would fit in?

We’ve got standard seat posts. I’m not sure how much longer an extended seat post is, but if you took the saddle off, maybe that would work?

From experience of very similar, defo need to at least take the seat off, most with extended either just squeeze in or just don’t. Many choose the telescopic post simply because they travel a bit
