Yeah, kind of stupid but if you register it tells you the price. Obviously it should have been shown in the main website and not force users to sign up.
Prices start from £7-£12 depending on the kind of wash you like.

Yep. Check the shifter mechanism isn't gunked up - liberal WD40 should help.

Check the derailleur is freely moving, keeping that fairly clean is key. If the shifter is sticky, then douse with gt85 and then go to dealer for a replacement.

Just something that was related to IG, and they usually wash the bike how you like tbh. Not bad for a few quid.
