Sold: 1990 Muddy Fox Courier Mega - Retro MTB Goodness

1990 Muddy Fox Courier Mega for sale, I'm after £120. It's a medium which is an 18" ST and if required I can measure up the rest. Tubing is Tange Mega oversized MTB tubing, groupset is the original Shimano Exage 400LX and you can see the original spec here:

I bought it 6 months ago and replaced all the cables, fitted a cartridge bottom bracket and put a new chain on. I fitted some swept back bars to counteract the huge stem, I've still got the originals you can have though. The saddle is a Concor Light (original saddle included too), there's a small rack on the front and the pedals are some cheap Wellgo platforms but it's otherwise original.

It's by no means mint but is in good nick, there are some chips and scratches but no dents or dings. At some point it's been near something being spray painted as there is some black overspray in places, I've not tried but I think it would come off with some t-cut if you were bothered. Unlike many of these the paint hasn't faded to cream which is nice. The front shifter sometimes hangs up a bit shifting into the smallest ring, I've found that if you take the slack out of the other lever when you shift down it doesn't do this but if it's the sort of thing that will bother you then it needs a new shifter (or at least one of the pawls) but if you're doing that then you might as well go 1x9.
