Whisky / Whiskey / Bourbon

Nice group, but In my opinion don't sit on them too long. More than 6 months at with half gone and the taste will degrade, get a bit musty and generally lose freshness. Cruel I know, especially for the expensive bottles, but once it's open its best to drink in fairly short order instead of collect
