YHA has potential, definitely.
field studies is a bit too big, min numbers seem to be around 40, aimed for 70+
landmark trust I'd heard of - I just assumed they'd be very expensive, like the Living Architecture houses but they're pretty good. looks like they only go up to 16 people apart from the campsite. the Palladian villa would be amazing...
Anyone recommend or got ideas for somewhere for 20 people to stay for a few days - ideally some kind of working farm or wildlife reserve, maybe food production, maybe some other kind of production/manufacturing, maybe a working monastery or large estate. In November, and fairly cheap. Not camping. Seem to be lots of Italian farms you can holiday at and eat at, but only for a few people at a time. UK or Europe.
