ooh interesting! looks nice but possibly stretching it for 20 unrelated adults. would never have thought to look on airbnb though, so thanks.

Maybe worth giving yha a call, they have (small) places you can exclusively hire, some almost certainly close to places that could offer some of the other stuff?
