So he started cycling in April 2017 then in less than a year wins Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne, Belgian, European and World champs, then joins quickstep and turns pro 2 years after he started cycling!

Not really, I think Matthieu Van Der Poel was recognised as a great talent, but he wasn’t as dominant as this at the junior level.

Frank Vandenbroucke was the last Belgian talent with this amount of hype, let’s hope this journey ends better.

He’s signed for Quick-Step from next year, completely skipping the u23 category.

rode into town to check out the race, decided to ride back to our Stubaital Ferienwohnung after I watched Evenepoel drop Mayrhofer on the last climb, as it gets cold here bloody quick in the shadow of them big Alps! looking fwd to the women's & men's races this weekend
