Thanks for the advice. I think I´ll try the Secula as it comes with a reflector and capacitor.
Yes Hippy of course anything can be mounted to a seatstay but I´m going for a slightly more refined look than Philips/Spanninga Lumiring/Elips rack-mount lights (big fan) mounted with Ikea shelf brackets or bent Brompton reflector brackets as in the rest of the fleet.
