You can ask @Vince in the sound difference. The fake one is built poorly and sound is like a dud/cheap bells.

They do look very similar, almost undistingushable.

They do not sound the same, as @HoKe says, they do sound cheap / not as deep.

@amey is only interested in PedalRoom and does not actually ride so the fakes ones will do...
