I've got the gauntlet of ages, so fighting cowboy use it, I'd already got all the pieces just hadn't equipped it..

I'm not going to get back to this for a couple of days, was hoping to spend some time on the weekend with it, missus and jnr are out on saturday, but now have something to do then as well..

That was always a little bugbear, that you could die falling off a stepladder. How'd you get killed by bees tho? Little bit of Igni, steal their honey and avanti. Honey's useless anyway, so not even worth it.

okay I started playing with mods and then thought actually this would be a lot more fun playing in my living room.

So now I have two choices, either play on the xbox and stream to PC (through windows 10) when I want to play on the desktop.

Or vice versa using steam link.

Which one would you guys go for?

Shadowy Tomb Raider 100% after 32 hours.

2 years and countless updates later, No Man's Sky is actually really good. Bit heavy on the grinding but gameplay, story and progression are really satisfying.

I now have an Xbox One, what games should I get, where do you get cheap games from?

Looking more for games you can just pick up and play, not massive time sinks. Also, any suggestions for games with local two player?

if you don't mind second hand you can find some real bargains in the used section on amazon.

or you could grab the xbox game pass subscription for about £8 a month and play all the older games that way. seems like a decent selection. rocket league has local mode i think and is decent fun.

You mean the ones I sold with the console don't tickle your fancy!? ;-) Strongly recommend Cuphead for local two player. Hard game. But fun and totally finish-able.

have killed two valkryies (huzzah!) in midgard, turns out trying to kill ones that are hard as fuck, makes the easier ones, super fucking easy..
Now to gear up and take out the rest of the horde, do some niflheim stuff and then back to story mode to finish the fucker, so I can then find Spiderman on the cheap and lose time in that..

My girlfriend looked at them somewhat disparagingly and made a comment about shooting games.

Second hand is good for me, there's every chance I'll never buy a new game for this console.

Will have to have a look at the game pass and compare to the price of games, not sure if it will work out a bit pricey over the course of a few years.

I'm used to just adding stuff to my Steam wishlist and buying it when steam tells me it's reduced, this is a whole new world.
