10Nm is right if the bolts are greased and the EBB shell is all good. You could do them up more (my SS Arkose BB shell was just done up reasonably hard, no torque wrench) but if they slip under light pressure at 10Nm it's worth getting it looked at. Easy enough to spot an out of round shell.
Weird, one will think than they put these big bolts to take a fair bit of pressure. Still beats finger tight
