In all seriousness I think it'll be only a few years before there's some controversy about body modification in the Olympics or something. If it hasn't happened already.

I wondered about this too. Subdermal fairing implants. I'd do it if it meant I got to race in the olympics. You could always take them out after. Or scarification trip lines on your legs

Yikes. Long and scary road. Lots of body parts you don't strictly need for cycling where removal would save weight. Doubt it would stop with ears and toes.
