How do you find etap HRD? (Keen more on the HRD bit)
Front light ID? Mounted on a garmin with GoPro mount?
What do you use on audaxes to eat from? Some sort of bikepacking bag?

The HRD bit have been great. Haven't touched them since installation and they still feel great. I've replaced one broken front mech and one rear so the Etap bit, I dunno, maybe I've just been unlucky, most seem happy with it. One thing to keep in mind is that a 38mm rear tire sits really close to the front mech, I wouldn't recommend it. 35mm slick is max for Etap.
Front light is Sinewave Beacon mounted on Wahoo mount with GoPro mount and a Supernova adapter. Great light with the best usb charging I've tried. It will flicker at low speed though (you can connect it to a battery to get around this). Rear light from Son.
I've got Mack stem bags and a top tube bag that I've used on the longer brevets. But I find that since I bought Rapha cargo bibs I don't need them as much. Downside of the position of the light is that I can't use a handlebar bag. I first tried mounting a Son light on the mudguard but it was awful. I dunno how people make that work, that thing was all over the place.

Just came here to say thanks for building a great bike. I've done my first randonneur series on it, and lots of other fun stuff like a solo 1000k ride, circa 500 boring commutes and a couple of excursions with my son in his trailer. Rode some gravel today, mudguards will be put on soon.
