WTD Cheap hybrid rim brake wheels & V-brake set levers and arms

Hi all,

I am after some smooth rolling hybrid wheels 700c, somehting like mavic 119/319 rims on serviceable hubs. Ideally black and have to be 9 speed compatible

Also some v-brake arms and levers, deore or something will do!

I am building a bike for a friend who is doing a charity ride and he does not have much to spend, so cheap and working well please!

If all else fails I have a pair of deore hubs to mavic 317, but in silver......£30, also have a 9 speed cassette that I could throw in for a £5....
