No hadn't seen that. After looking pretty intensely for a few days, as expected, seems you can get more for your money buying privately. Part of this is an exercise to improve my credit rating, albeit a fun one, so think I'm destined to buy from a dealer.
Pretty set on a RSV1000R Factory, I'm enough of a tart for it to eventually annoy me if it hasn't got the forged wheels and Ohlins.

I really, really want one. I've sat on one and rode it slowly around the block. The 17 and up with all the updated autoblipper / traction control bollocks and 190hp. They were flogging last years R models brand spanking new for USD13500! Alas you have to add the CA tax and nonsense on top which took it up to 15 something. Then I'd need a new exhaust and computer. Just don't have the discretionary play money these days...boo.
They are so beautifully put together.
ps Jambon. I love a bit of Gold bling as much as the next man but they do need servicing way more than regular OEM kit. The forks blow oil seals a more regularly - budget for a rebuild if you want them in tip top shape, it's pretty cheap. Or do it yourself.
Lighter wheels are ALWAYS worth having.
@Jung You ever ridden an RSV4?, because I had a quick go on someone's over here and sweet rapping Jesus, I think I'm finished....
@jambon You seen this yet?
