It is too late for this fork but I would go for mid mounts on the inside of the fork legs. Functional and clean. The icing on the cake would be the combination with recessed mounting points hidden in the fork leg covers. It is going to be a really nicely repaired nice bike nonetheless!

I am debating whether I want mid fork eyelets or not. I probably should for future proofness.. On the other hand it look sleek right now
