wore mine on Sunday having picked up from @Zed on Friday after long overdue catch up beer.

it's a great jersey designed by the most wonderful man. really lovely touch to have Wayne's name inside the collar. of course the rest of the jersey is beautiful too.

Not affiliated with the club, so a bit hesitant to wear something bearing its name out of respect, but otherwise, I'd just like to say these are beautiful and I absolutely love the design!

Fair enough, I'm originally a rower and there are two very different schools of thought there - some people like to wear very diverse kit and trade stuff to get other club's designs, other people only ever wear club kit from clubs they were / are personally a part of. I've always been a very strict adherent to the latter way of thinking, though I suppose it's especially important to me when it's about some high-performance club where you have to earn your kit properly and over a long time - it feels like a lack of respect to wear it without actually having gone through the training. For example, I would have never worn a Cambridge unisuit because I just haven't earned it.

However, it's less of an issue with less 'elite' clubs, plus in this case I suppose it's not exactly 'racing kit'. So if you have a list of people who'd be interested somewhere, definitely put me down then, because as I said before, it's an absolutely beautiful design!

I'm not a member of Gruppeto so can't speak with authority, but to me the jersey feels much more like a supporters t-shirt than club kit. It's not club colours and the original run (I think) was offered on here also. I totally agree with the whole "not wearing kit you haven't earned" aspect, but this isn't really kit you "can earn" anyway, beyond being a member of the friendliest forum on the internet
