So I started to ride mostly my road bike and this only collects dust.

Fuji Track Pro 1.1 frame and fork, from year 2013, low miles, great condition;
Deda pista stem with deda low rider bullhorns;
Fizik Arione saddle;
Rinpoch crankset, 170mm;
Look S-Track pedals;
Wheelset have no branding, so I don’t know much about them. Bearings are sealed and runs smooth, no flex when sprinting. Gatorskin tyres.

does it have front brake mounts?

Yes, fork is drilled for the brakes. Also there is mount for rear brake.
