Noob woodwork painter questions:
Can/should one sand primer? I have a a few tide/sag marks I'd like to flatten out before overcoating.
If there are patches where the primer is thin, should one give it a 2nd coat?
(I found it pretty hard to get the right balance between too thin, over-brushing, and droopy paint... )
It's "Sandtex 10 Year Primer Undercoat" which even with lots of stirring keeps trying to revert to bottom half sludge top half watery in the tin.
(In general what's the difference?)
