Americans. They put either mustard or mayo on all their sandwiches, because they are dry, because they have never realised you can put butter or marge on bread. I was quite surprised by this.

Huh, based on my thorough research of occasionally watching ‘Diners, Drive-ins & Dives’, I was under the assumption that they put butter on anything edible.
