Wanted: 21 or 22 inch frame bicycle

I am looking for a large frame bicycle for a tall man who has Alzheimer's disease and is living in a care home in Waltham Abbey. It is just for cycling in the grounds or in case the staff can take home to a park.

If anyone has anything sitting around unused and unwanted I would be very interested to hear from you.

21/22" frame is more like a medium, are there any cycling charities nearby, would a trike be better for stability?
