I found Weinmanns Zac-19, anyone knows anything about them? Seem to be fair priced (cheaper than anything else...)

Velocity Atlas (brick lane bikes) or Velo Orange (freshtripe). Still not cheap, but both quality rims.

If you plan on building a simple wheelset and can get them cheaply, go for it, paired it with 105 hubs and you got yourself a solid wheels.
