Not a pub, but a very bike-friendly b&b: http://www.sorrentolodge.co.uk/. A group of us from Central London CTC have stayed there on five occasions. Secure bike parking provided. In Ryde and a short ride from the ferry terminal.

if you're a solo traveler I couldn't recommend Barbara more highly. they have a garden room outback to store a bike securely and dry, she and her family were really friendly and accommodating.
