Im not sure and my French is pretty rudimentary , It could just be a name or L'avecaise as in "the with ease" / "the welloff" .

There are a few I like very much.
Those racks on the Bilenky are super.
What's that orange and blue? Knife a bit OTT but looks cool.
Some remind me of my 1930's Bates conversion. It has now got Mafac brakes, a Mafac front rack and I cut the cables :)

That is too good. I've looked at that page many times.
I like the fact it's a modified Dawes Galaxy.I have a similar frame that I'm thinking about modifying with center pull tabs and brake cable holder. Internal wire is already in place.

Bodged this together for fairly cheap. Will be used for shopping/commuting/canal paths and maybe some short touring next year if it survives. Lack's cages and setting up front brake at the minute.
