Nikon L35 AW AF
Nice, always had a sweet spot for those.
Looked a few times but found they are pretty darn expensive if still in "ok" condition.. -

Yeah first one is great, I'm writing this from a similar sun lounger so recognised it straight away!

Buying it untested for £22 at a carboot sale was the first risk I took, taking it in the water the second. Very happy it works !

Boastpost.

It’s a great shot.
Kinda abstract and surreal and fun.
Quite like the handrail+stonewall shot too.

Absolutely lovely set.

Found out what the issues are with the contax, the light seal is leaking and letting light in on certain situations. Great

I don't know about the T2, but with a lot of cameras replacing the lightseals is a pretty easy job with some sticky-back felt and a scalpel. I've done it to a bunch of SLRs (around the film door, mirror and prism) no problem.

I think its the light seals in between the camera lense and body tho as the lense pops out mind.

@GoatandTricycle Despite the weird issue/my misunderstanding of the A1 it does work! Kodak Gold and the 50mm 1.8. Got these back from filmdev yesterday, very pleased:
And a couple more obligatory holiday shots off my mju ii/portra 400:

Yea, did look like light leaking from the front / somewhere around the lens.
Sorry to say this but you're fucked.
Maybe it's consoling for you to know my Mju-II died the same way. -

it does work

Nice telephone box by the way

Thanks!
Will also be making a forum donation once I get paid this month in exchange for the equipment I was given. And of course keep sharing shots off the camera now I know it works :)

Whats the strap on the mju?

It's an eBay seller Cordy I think is the name, perfect for this camera.

Funny, I was just looking up tutorials on how to make lanyards with paracord earlier

Excellent, I'm glad the camera worked out in the end !
Like 1,4,5.

whats the red tape over the mju for?
(my guess: to make it less recognisable/tempting to thieves/opportunists?) -
• #17349
Not really, I use it cycling a lot and find it quite slippery. This let's me orient it without looking, for snapping one handed while riding and improves the grip.

Right right, that makes (more) sense, very fair; the sliding door on those mju's can be a bit sticky
I think it's my favorite too. The imprint is from the mesh of the sun lounge I believe.
