Mine has been better after using the two types of loctite - one type on the splines that fills gaps and another type on the threads (actual threadlocker).

I was going to switch out the spider for a direct mount Chainring....
might not bother if it causes all worlds of trouble... -

No experience of that. You'll probably die in a fire ball but it'll look cool so do it, ignore my trolling.

I am working on 3D printing a SLS tool for Rotor 3D 24mm. If it works Iøll make you one as well.

Also perhaps slightly misled in my need for this tool - I was hoping to put a direct mount ring on to the rotor arms, after being certain I’d seen direct mount rings offered by the like of Wolftooth, Garbaruk, AbsoluteBlack etc...
Turns out I can’t find anyone that offers a direct mount rotor ring!
Can anyone offer any input/help on that?
Would like to purchase a rotor 3D+ (30mm) spider lockring tool if anyone has one theyd like to pass on
