Went on holiday a couple of weeks ago and had to leave the spare wheel in the garage to fit the luggage in.

I decided that I liked the additional space, but I'd like some preparation for punctures, so I bought the worlds most expensive bit of foam:

Made a template for the new floor:
Buzzed that out of 6mm ply:
Realised that it is quite tough to open, so:

However I'm now thinking I might redo it before the carpet and adhesive arrives tomorrow to fill out the upper corners a little.
